PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide sanitary shorts which reduces a peeling noise generated in removing an absorbent article. SOLUTION: The sanitary shorts 1 are used with the absorbent article 4 fitted to a crotch part 10. At the crotch part 10 of the shorts 1, a crotch cloth 12 to which the absorbent article 4 is fixed is provided. The crotch cloth 12 is sewn and fixed integrally with a body cloth 11 forming the crotch part 10 positioned just under the crotch cloth 12 through nearly the whole of it and having nearly the same shape as the crotch cloth with multiple fixing parts 2 through the longitudinal direction at least at a part except for both of the side edge parts in the longitudinal direction of them.
