PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a two-layer type ultraviolet-proof cosmetic free of stickiness and offensive frictional feeling while having excellent ultraviolet-proof effect, good in skin resilience-imparting effect after use, moist feeling and emollient feeling, separating in two layers when left at rest, and also good in redispersibility in use and storage stability. SOLUTION: The two-layer type ultraviolet-proof cosmetic is obtained by compounding (a) 0.1-10 mass% of lysophospholipids, (b) 1-20 mass% of an oil agent, (c) 0.001-5 mass% of acetylated sodium hyaluronate, (d) 0.5-10 mass% of ultraviolet-proof powder and (e) water.
