An articulating anastomotic ring applier device is provided to improve an observation of a connection state with a laparoscope by providing an articulated joint. An articulating anastomotic ring applier device includes a handle(13), a ring enlarging instrument(20), a shaft(15), and a flexible joint(24). The ring enlarging instrument(20) receives and enlarges an anastomotic ring. The shaft(15) connects the handle(13) to the ring enlarging instrument(20). The shaft(15) transfers an operation force of the handle(13) to the ring enlarging instrument(20). The shaft(15) includes the flexible joint(24) which is formed to perform an articulation operation of the shaft(15).
