A hybrid cloth for composite material with enhanced flame-retardant property is provided to embody increased flame-retardant ability, heat insulation and air-tightness by adhering reinforced textile to one or both sides of thin sheet made of aluminum or stainless steel material. The hybrid cloth is a thin plate(12) made of aluminum or stainless steel material that is combined with reinforced textile(16) on one side or both sides of the plate. The composite material is fabricated of at least one hybrid cloth layer by impregnating the reinforced textile aligned or woven in single direction with matrix resin, hardening the impregnated textile to form a fiber reinforced plastic, and adhering the reinforced textile to one face or both faces of a thin plate.
