<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively mold a skin integrated trim product having no wrinkles in its skin and having good outward appearance by enhancing the sealability between the skin and a base material not only to prevent the leak of a resin but also to discharge air from the gap between both of them. <P>SOLUTION: The gap between both of the surface of the front skin terminal part 29 of the skin 7 and the front vertical surface 25 of the base material 9 is sealed by bringing both surfaces into contact with each other so as to prevent the leak of the resin constituting a resin intermediate layer 11. The bent piece part 33 bent toward the rear vertical surface 25b inside the front vertical surface 25a of the base material 9 is formed to the leading end part of the front skin terminal part 29 and the leading end of the bent piece part 33 is positioned within the resin intermediate layer 11 so as to form a gap with respect to the rear vertical surface 25b. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
