PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a button battery mounting structure that properly holds and is easy to dismount the mounted button battery, and to provide an electronic apparatus and a blood sugar level measuring/displaying device that uses the button battery mounting structure. SOLUTION: The button battery mounting structure 10 in the blood sugar level measuring/displaying device 12, composed of a battery holder 20 having an upper plate 18 fixing the button battery 14 contacting the upper face 16 of the button battery 14, a first terminal 24 contacting a lower face 22 of the mounted button battery as the negative side thereof while elastically pressing the battery, a second terminal 28 contacting a side face 26 of the mounted button battery 14 as the positive side thereof, and a convex part (a mounting regulation part) 30 regulating erroneous mounting wherein the upper face 16 and the lower face 22 of the button battery 14 are reversed, is constructed so as to mount the button battery 14, while making the upper face 16 of the button battery 14 slide against the lower face of the upper plate 18.
