PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a software product for the three-dimensional cardiac imaging using ultrasonic contour reconstruction. SOLUTION: The computer software product for modeling an anatomical structure includes a computer-readable medium which stores a program instruction and acquires a plurality of ultrasonic images of the anatomical structure by using ultrasonic sensor at a plurality of different spacial positions of the ultrasonic sensor to measure location and orientation coordinates of the ultrasonic sensor at the individual plurality of spacial positions when the computer reads the instruction. The manual input to mark an objective contour indicating features of the anatomical structure on one or more of the ultrasonic images is received by using the software product and a 3D model of the anatomical structure is constructed on the basis of the objective contour and the measured location and orientation coordinate.
