PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door structure for a vehicle in which getting on/off of the vehicle can be smoothly performed, a handicapped person, an elderly person and a child can safely get on/off and opening/closing of a door can be easily and quickly performed through driving of a cylinder. SOLUTION: The door structure for the vehicle comprises an arm provided on the vehicle door; a base plate fixed to the arm; a universal joint for supporting the base plate movably relative to a longitudinal side direction of the body and movably in an inner and outer side direction of the body; a plurality of rotation elements provided on a cam plate supported on the universal joint; a cam mechanism provided on a cam plate contacted with the rotation element; and a cylinder for moving the base plate.
