PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain generation of vibration without need for addition of an electronic part or a change of an existing layout space. SOLUTION: Magnetic pole teeth 42 of yokes 41a to 41d are formed so that a proportion of a length of a side 44c of a front end thereof to a width (b) of a root portion may be at least 65% and a proportion of a height (h) thereof to the width (b) of the root may be≥90% and≤110%, and is set so that the maximum width in the peripheral direction thereof may be≤30°in a mechanical angle. This permits a change in magnetic flux amount interlinking a stator coil, thus attaining such a shape that generation of a torque which makes induced voltage waveforms of the stator coils 31a, 31b a cause for vibration generation is restrained and by far more than a conventional one.
