PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for fixing optical element capable of adjusting and fixing a lens to be fixed to a lens barrel, with high accuracy and and at a high speed. SOLUTION: The lens-fixing device 100 fixes a lens 1 for adjustment which is made of thermoplastic resin and arranged on an optical axis A to a lens frame 2, which is made of the thermoplastic resin and holds the lens 1. The lens frame 2 is provided with a seating surface 2b and an edge part 2c facing the outer periphery 1a of the lens 1 with a fixed gap. The lens fixing device 100 is provided with an XY stage 7 which holds the lens 1 on its outer periphery, to move the adjusting lens 1 in an XY surface, including the lens surface of the lens 1 and a laser irradiation unit 10, which is arranged on the optical axis A on the side of the lens 1. In the laser irradiation unit 10, the boundary between the seated surface 1b of the lens 1 and the seating surface 2b of the lens frame 2 is irradiated with laser light 13, after the eccentricity adjustment of the lens 1.
