PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a camera equipped with a grip which is easily grasped when in use, and not obstructive when not in use. SOLUTION: The grip 14 rotatably attached to the camera main body 12 is constituted so that it may take a position nearly planar to the camera main body 12 and a position projecting over the camera main body 12. Then, by making the grip 14 nearly planar to the camera main body 12 when the camera 10 is not in use, the grip 14 is not obstructive in the case of storing the camera. On the other hand, by making the grip 14 project over the camera main body 12 when the camera 10 is in use, the grip 14 is easily grasped. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
