PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To function one fuse as a temperature fuse and a current fuse. SOLUTION: An anode lead wire 4 for a tantalum capacitor element 2 is connected to an anode terminal 8 while a cathode layer 6 is connected to a cathode terminal 10 through a fuse 12. The fuse 12 has a melting point higher than the maximum temperature upon soldering a component, and lower than the ignition temperature of the capacitor element while the value of resistance thereof is selected so as to be≥1 milliohm (mΩ) and≤150 milliohm (mΩ).
