PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spraying method and a spraying device capable of spraying work of a spraying material to a huge slope face. SOLUTION: This spraying method repeats a process of spraying the spraying material on a first small step part 102, a second small step part 104 and a gradient part 103 between these parts by arranging a frame 10 for movably holding a spraying nozzle 56 of the spraying material in the substantially parallel direction to the slope face so as to straddle up to the second small step part 104 from the first small step part 102 by forming a multistage slope face 100 for alternately continuing the gradient parts 101, 103, 105, etc. and the small step parts 102, 104, 106, etc., a process of moving the frame 10 along the first small step part 102 and the second small step part 104, and a process of arranging the frame 10 so as to straddle up to the third small step part 106 from the second small step part 104 by moving the frame 10 in the gradient direction of the multistage slope face 100.
