PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems in a housing complex of a common high-rise building which is structurally congested on the same horizontal and vertical planes, therefore having bad lighting/ventilation, unopened feeling of oppression and inconvenience in use of vehicles while the way from the ground to the roof is not effectively utilized. SOLUTION: From the bottom of the ground to the top of the roof, a three-dimensional road, driveway and sidewalk of a spiral or other shapes which conform to a three-dimensional structure of a cylinder, circular cone or other shapes are provided. Along the road on its both sides, only outside or inside, utilizing the inclination, various buildings of a residence or the like, communal facilities or the like are built intermittently or continuously at a horizontal position of a level difference. Thus, the road and the buildings are divided piecewise and a multi-purposed building is established at the bottom part of the structure. The entire part of the road and the building are supported by essential members and main structural parts for structural bearing force such as a foundation, columns and beams. Hereby, the medium-rise to high-rise and the super-high-rise structures which can be entered from the road and an elevator are provided for solving the problems. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
