PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connection structure of segments having the same high rigidity and high strength as those of a segment body, requiring less construction cost and labor, and capable of securing the flatness of the surface of the segments. SOLUTION: In this connection structure of the segments in a structure constructed by circumferentially and axially connecting the plurality of segments to each other, a male side connection member 4 is fixed to the circumferential one end part of the segment body 1 so as to be projected in the circumferential direction and a male side connection member 3 is fixed to the circumferential other end part of the segment body 1 so as to cover the outer surface of the male side connection member 4.
