PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dust volume reducing device to be manufactured at low costs and having excellent operability. SOLUTION: An outer frame is formed into an appropriate shape, and a presser plate is provided inside the outer frame at a proper position freely to be inclined upward and downward through an arm, and a driving source for operating the arm is provided inside the outer frame.
