PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate stacking of paper sheets by a user in regard to a paper sheet bundle conveying device provided with a plurality of paper feeding racks in parallel with each other. SOLUTION: In the paper sheet bundle conveying device 10 provided with a plurality of paper feeding racks 16 respectively having a loading surface to be loaded with paper sheets in parallel with each other to form a paper sheet bundle by overlapping the paper sheets conveyed from the plurality of paper feeding racks 16, an electronic control section 100 moves each of the plurality of paper feeding racks 16 in a direction parallel with the paper sheets stacking direction. The electronic control section 100 raises a loading target paper feeding rack or lowers the opposite paper feeding rack so as to widen a clearance between the loading target paper feeding rack as a target to be facilitated in paper sheets loading by a user and the opposite paper feeding rack as a paper feeding rack 16 opposite to the loading surface of the loading target paper feeding rack among the plurality of paper feeding racks 16. A paper sheet non-existence detecting section is provided corresponding to each of the plurality of paper feeding racks 16 to detect non-existence of paper sheets in the paper feeding racks 16.
