PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a throw-away tip, capable of restricting damage at a tip part of a tip holder even in a case where a cutting load is large. SOLUTION: In a bottom surface part, one part facing one first cutting edge is formed in such a way that one side B1 of the length direction B1 is deflected toward the side B1 of the thickness direction more than the other side B2 of the length direction. The other part facing the other first cutting edge in the thickness direction A is formed in such a way that the other side B2 of the thickness direction is deflected toward one side A1 of the thickness direction more than one side B1 of the length direction. A tip holder tip side part of the bottom surface part facing a main cutting edge is thus disposed at a retracted position to the holder rotating direction R1. The thickness of the tip holder tip side part of a tip 23 is reduced. The thickness of the part of the tip part of the tip holder facing the main cutting edge is enlarged.
