PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slot machine using game balls capable of preventing a fraudulent program from being resident in an unused area of a storage means of a microcomputer controlling a game and, when erroneously detecting a power cut, preventing the erroneous execution of the power recovery process. SOLUTION: A CPU 41a initializes an unused area and an unused stack area of a RAM 41c for every one game. The CPU 41a executes a power cut interruption process by the input of a voltage lowering signal in a trigger terminal CLK/TRG, however, in the power cut interruption process, determines whether or not the voltage lowering signal is input in signal input terminal DATA before executing a process for returning to a control state before the power cut in the power restoration and, when no voltage lowering signal is input in the signal input terminal DATA, returns to its original process.
