PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for measuring actual blood flow rate, and to provide a method for measuring blood removal pressure on the primary side of a blood pump by utilizing the pressure detected value from the existing pressure detector, without having to change an existing blood circuit or adding pressure detector to a blood dialyzer, to quickly and precisely measure the actual blood flow rate from the blood removal pressure. SOLUTION: The system for measuring actual blood flow rate in a blood extracorporeal circulation apparatus, having a blood circuit for circulating blood between the inside of a body of a patient and the same by using a blood pump has a pressure detecting means for detecting a pressure in the blood circuit in the downstream of the blood pump, a blood removal pressure calculating means for calculating the blood removal pressure, based on the detected pressure by the pressure-detecting means and the amplitudes of the fluctuations of the detected pressure, and an actual blood flow rate calculating means for referring to the blood removal pressure calculated by the blood removal pressure calculating means to calculate the actual blood flow rate from a characteristics curve, showing a relationship between the blood removal pressure and the actual blood flow rate, acquired in advance.
