PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mating inhibition tool attached to an estrus female dog or cat to cover the genital organ with a disk, inhibit the mating of the pets and avoid pregnancy. SOLUTION: The tail of a pet is passed through a hole of the disk to the base of the tail, and the disk is fixed by being connected with a safety hook to a belt wound around the waist of the pet to cover the genital organ of the pet.
