PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that when a collector is raised at the high speed of a vehicle, the posture balance of a traveling vehicle body is collapsed, the vehicle is liable to fall sideways and is in an unstable posture. SOLUTION: A mower 2 is attached to a tractor vehicle body 1 and the collector 3 for receiving and storing lawn grass cut by the mower 2 and transported. When the speed of the vehicle is increased to a high-speed position of a fixed value or above, the rise and fall of the collector 3 is stopped. Consequently, even if the collector 3 is set in a rise position, the vehicle is traveled at the speed of the vehicle in a high-speed position, the support position of the collector 3 on the vehicle body 1 is fixed and the vehicle travels in a stable posture.
