A draining and purifying system of a road in the rain is provided to prevent pollution of a river by purifying pollutant in a loess ceramic carrier with physicochemical reaction in flowing rainwater with foreign matters through a manhole into a sewer and moving clean rainwater into the river. A draining and purifying system of a road includes a sewer(200) managing rainwater and sewage, a manhole(100) flowing rainwater falling on the road into the sewer, and loess ceramic carriers(300) are arranged at regular intervals and installed at left and right sides of the manhole and in the sewer. Pollutants are purified from rainwater with the loess ceramic carrier. The loess ceramic carrier is charged in a bag or box type charge net(310), and the charge net is formed of mesh type. Foreign matters are buffered, homogenized and decreased with physicochemical reaction such as cohesion or absorption of the loess ceramic carrier. |
