A fixing structure of a double clip is provided to prevent separation of the clip by inserting inner hanging protrusions of the clip into boss holes of different locations respectively. In a fixing structure of a double clip, a fixed body(41) has a hole(42). A combined body(31) has two boss holes(33) of different locations at a boss(32) protrusively formed so as to partially penetrate the hole of the fixed body. A clip(20) has an inner hanging protrusion inserted into each boss hole and protruded so as to have elasticity, and an outer hanging protrusion hung on the hole of the fixed body and protruded so as to have elasticity.
