The ancillary has a guiding tool (30) boring a humeral trochlea (T) along a geometrical axis of an articulation and including a stirrup (31) fixed on the humeral trochlea. The guiding tool defines a guiding zone formed of an orifice (33d), a channel (35c) and an orifice (36a) for introducing a drill (40) in the trochlea. A jig positions the guiding tool with respect to an external side of the trochlea.
