A method for forming a connecting terminal of a protection circuit board for a battery pack, and a structure of the connecting terminal are provided to join a terminal for applying power without joining an additional nickel terminal, thereby reducing production cost of the battery pack and improving the productivity by simplifying a production process. A through-hole(2) is formed at an insulation layer(1a) placed at a highest side. A filling member(5) of an electric conductor is filled in the through-hole, and the filling member is hardened. A nickel plating layer(6) is formed on the hardened filling member. A terminal is joined with the nickel plating layer by a joining element.
