A power amplifier module is provided to enhance linearity by transmitting the generated signal to an input terminal of an amplifier through the feedback circuit after generating the signal with distortion property opposed to the output signal. In a power amplifier module, a base amplifier(DA) firstly amplifies inputted signal with a constant amplifying ratio. A linear input unit(40) feeds back a portion of amplifying signal generated from the base amplifier(DA) to an input terminal of the base amplifier(DA) for preventing a distortion of the amplifying signal. |
