摘要 Provided is a method for preparing a far infrared ray radiating functional resin which can be sintered at a low temperature and be processed into complex and various shape. The method comprises the steps of mixing 60-65 wt% of a resin, 5-25 wt% of a mineral, 4.5-20 wt% of a glass fiber, 0.5-1 wt% of an antioxidant, 15-30 wt% of a first ceramic powder and 10-20 wt% of a second ceramic powder for 30-45 hours; and sintering the obtained mixture at a temperature of 220-240 deg.C. Preferably the first ceramic powder is prepared by mixing 55-75.46 wt% of SiO2, 12-20 wt% of Al2O3, 3-5 wt% of Fe2O3, 2-5 wt% of CaO2, 1-2 wt% of MgO, 3-5 wt% of K2O3, 2-4 wt% of Na2O, 0.5-0.7 wt% of TiO2, 0.02-0.05 wt% of ZrO2, 1-2 wt% of Igloss, 0.01-0.02 wt% of Se and 0.01-0.02 wt% of Ge; sintering the mixture at 1,000-1,300 deg.C for 1-3 hours; and pulverizing the sintered one into a size of 2-20 micrometers.
