A power supplying system for a headlight of a vehicle is provided to improve an illuminating effect of the headlight by stabilizing a voltage supplied to the headlight according to a change of a traveling state of the vehicle. A switch unit(10) controls power according to a state of an external voltage. An inverse amplifier unit(20) inverts and amplifies the external power. A reference power generation unit(30) generates reference power compared with the output power of the switch unit. A power comparison unit(40) compares the external power with the reference power of the reference power generation unit. A power supply unit(50) boosts or drops the external power to a headlight according to a compared result of the power comparison unit. A boosted power supply unit(60) supplies the boosted power to a headlight according to the compared result of the power comparison unit. A dropped power supply unit(70) supplies the dropped power to the headlight according to the compared result of the power comparison unit.
