A semi-automatic and bidirectional swing hinge module is provided to insert integrally-formed extension units of tension coil springs into guide grooves formed in a fixed member, thereby reducing material costs, reducing time required for an assembling process and accordingly improving productivity. A semi-automatic and bidirectional swing hinge module comprises the followings: a fixed member which has a guide groove having predetermined depth in a side, has a through-hole of a predetermined size passing through upper and lower surfaces, and in which one end of a bush is fixed in the lower surface according as the bush is inserted into the through-hole; a rotary member(20); a sliding member(30); and elastic members(40). The elastic members(40) comprises the followings: ring units(42) which are formed in one end and fix the sliding member(30); and extension units(44) which are extended from the other end and have predetermined length. The couple of the extension units(44) are integrally connected with each other, are inserted into the guide grooves of the fixed member so that the rotary member(20) can automatically rotate at an angle of 180 degrees from an initial position after rotating at a predetermined angle.
