A handrail is provided to improve health and sanitation of people by radiating silver nano ions and infrared rays. A handrail is formed of one selected from a plastic, a synthetic resin, latex, a rubber, silicon, and vinyl. An odor agent(20) is introduced into a body of the handrail. The odor agent can be coated on the body of the handrail. The thickness of the silver nano coated on the handrail is 0.01 to 50 micrometers. The diameters of the silver nano particles are 0.1 to 300 micrometers. The silver nano material is within the range of 0.01 to 10 PPM per 100 g of the handrail.
