A method and a system for producing/editing local narration multimedia data using 3D(Dimensional) module and a TTS(Text-To-Speech) module are provided to make a 3D avatar play a role of a presenter by displaying slides of presentation data and arranging the 3D avatar in a virtual space, synchronize voice and audio with the avatar, and edit the presentation data and various environments when necessary. A presentation data loading module(100) loads and temporarily stores the presentation data. A sound source loading module(200) loads and temporarily stores sound source data. A 3D engine module(300) forms the virtual space, implements the 3D avatar to the virtual space, and generates 3D images according to motion of the 3D avatar. A TTS module(400) transforms text into the voice and provides the voice. A producing/editing module(600) automatically simulates and edits a result by merging/synchronizing sources provided from each module. A result generating/loading module(800) generates the edited presentation data as the result, or loads and provides the generated result to the producing/editing module.
