TITANIUM NUT, MANUFACTURING METHOD AND FORMING APPARATUS THEREOF

A titanium nut, a manufacturing method, and a molding apparatus of the same are provided to reduce the processing time of the titanium nut and increase the productivity by filling and pressing the mixed titanium powder in the mold. A manufacturing method of the titanium nut is composed of a compression molding step(S30) of filling and pressing the mixed titanium powder in the mold for molding the nut; a sintering step(S40) of sintering the compressed and molded titanium nut by using the vacuum furnace; a processing step(S50) of processing the section of the sintered titanium nut and a thread; and a product making step(S70) of making products of the processed titanium nut. The purity of the mixed titanium powder is 99.9% and the size of the mixed titanium powder is each 100 mesh, 200 mesh, and 325 mesh.
