Provided is a bookshelf used as a reading desk by using an upper book support, thereby enabling a user to utilize a reading desk through simple one-touch operation. A bookshelf is installed on a body(1) for seeing a book in a front of the book. An upper book support(4) supports a rear side of an upper portion of the book in a direction of an upper book support frame(6) for opening the book. A base(2) is automatically unfolded by gravity when a lower portion(A) of the body is drawn inwardly. The upper book support is automatically closed by the gravity. A base fixing portion(3) adjusts an angle of unfolding the base.
