A loess pack and a method and device for manufacturing the same pack are provided to improve storage and use convenience, and inhibit release and cracking of loess from the mask pack and deterioration of mask pack during long term storage. The method for manufacturing the loess mask pack comprises the steps of: introducing cotton fabric; coating the cotton fabric with nano silver solution containing 73-78 wt.% of loess, 20-25 wt.% of elvan and/or germanium, and 3-7 wt.% of seaweeds; pressing the coated cotton fabric with multiple points; and cutting the coated cotton fabric.
