A hot water cock for water purifier, comprising a rotary knob structure connected to a vertical structure and a horizontal rod structure to maintain the pressurized state even after releasing of an opening-and-closing lever by pressurizing and rotating a rotatable rotation knob at the same time, is provided. A hot water cock for water purifier comprises: a cock body(110) on which an inlet(111) and an outlet(112) are formed, and in which a distribution path(113) is formed; a vertical part(120) which is formed on the distribution path and comprises an action shaft(122) and an opening-and-closing valve(121); a horizontal part(130) that is elastically supported to the inlet by an electric member(134), and comprises a horizontal rod(131) having an inserting groove(132) formed on a central power portion thereof; a pressing rotation part(140) comprising an interception film(141), a rotary knob(142) and a guiding cover(144); and a lever supporting part(150) comprising an interception film(152), an elastic member(154), an upper cover(151), and an opening-and-closing lever(118), wherein catching projections(121a,122a) are respectively formed at both sides of the opening-and-closing valve and the action shaft, elastic members(123) are elastically installed between the catching projections, a guiding projection(143) is formed on the rotary knob, and a guiding groove(144b) and a catching projection(144a) for guiding the guiding projection are formed on the guiding cover.
