A collapsible chair is provided to keep the chair even in a narrow space since a cushion seat and a rack are folded in parallel to a backrest, and to improve solidity of the rack since the rack is not separated from the chair when being folded. The collapsible chair includes a front frame(140), a rear frame(150), a cushion seat(110), a backrest(120), and a rack(130) installed below the cushion seat. The respective upper parts of the front and rear frame are rotatably connected by a frame link(141). A center part and a rear end part of the cushion seat are rotatably connected to the respective center parts of the front and rear frame. A rear end part of the rack is rotatably connected to the rear frame. The cushion seat and a terminal end part of the rack are rotatably connected by a connection link(131).
