An ice feeding device and a refrigerator having the same are provided to reduce conglomeration of ice by flowing ice positioned as side parts of a conveyance device by using a flowing bar. An ice feeding device includes an ice storage vessel(41), a conveyance device, an ice flowing device(50), and a flowing bar(51). The ice storage vessel has a discharge port(41a) opened at its upside to accommodate ice and discharges ice. The conveyance device is disposed in the ice storage vessel and conveys ice to the discharge port. The ice flowing device is installed in the ice storage vessel and flows ice positioned at side parts of the conveyance device. The flowing bar has one end rotatably installed in the ice storage device and the other end reciprocally installed in the ice storage vessel to flow the ice positioned at side parts of the conveyance device.
