A garbage disposer which obtains superior moisture removal efficiency using a dehumidification means for naturally circulating moisture with external air, and prevents generation of odor by exhausting odor to an outlet using a fan for generating hot air is provided. A garbage disposer comprises: a body(10) which hoses a drying tank and enters or leaves a housing(20) by a slide rail; a control panel formed on the front of the body to control operation of the disposer; an agitation blade which is operated by the control panel, mounted on a lower portion within the drying tank and driven by a motor; a blowing fan(40) installed in rear of the body to blow hot air generated from a heater(30) into the drying tank; a guide vane(13) bent from an upper portion of the heater to guide hot air into a lower side of the drying tank; and a dehumidification plate(15) for removing hot air containing moisture.
