<p>The invention relates to a circuit arrangement comprising an adjustable capacitor which is arranged on a carrier and which comprises two capacitor plates and a dielectric layer (5) which is arranged between the two capacitor plates. The aim of the invention is to vary the capacity of the capacitor in a simple manner. As a result, at least one section of the capacitor plate is made of rotationally mounted electrically conductive plate elements (21 ... 2n), which are electrically switchable and can be connected in an electrically conductive manner between a first active rotational position, wherein they are connected in an electrically conductive manner to a fixed section (1) of said capacitor plate, i.e. to the extended surface extension thereof, and can be electrically switched in a second electrically decoupled rotational position.
