A fertilizer and feed manufacturing device is provided to manufacture the fertilizer and feed simultaneously by processing identical food without a fermentation process and to improve the efficiency and productivity of the equipment. The fertilizer and feed manufacturing device comprises a fertilizer manufacturing line(L1), a feed manufacturing line(L2) and a purifying unit. The fertilizer manufacturing line(L1) includes a first storing hopper(10), a selective crusher(20), a solid material drier(26), a leftover food drier(28), a second storing hopper(34), a stabilization reactor, an additive injection hopper(40), a temporal injection hopper(46), a first drier(52), a cyclone(64), a screw bar(68), a discharge hopper(64), a second drier(76), a burner fan(78), a vibrator(82), a third storing hopper(94), a crusher(98), a fourth storing hopper(102), a pellet mill(104), a refrigerator(106) and a packing device(110).
