Lubricant composition for ball joints comprises base oil containing synthetic hydrocarbon oil, thickener and fatty acid salt of formula R 1>-NH-R 2>-NH 2 (1); R 1>1-24C hydrocarbon; R 2>2-4C alkylene. An independent claim is also included for a ball joint comprising a metal ball stud and synthetic resin sheet and the composition sealed therein.
