A flexible printed circuit and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to prevent an electrically opening failure by using the flexible printed circuit as a signal delivering member between liquid panels and a printed circuit board. A flexible printed circuit includes a film type body(102), plural conductive pads(104) patterned on one end of the body, a wiring extended from the conductive pad, and a conductor(106) having plural patterns formed on the pad. A liquid crystal display includes a liquid crystal panel having first and second substrates, conductive pads formed on surfaces of the first substrate, a drive circuit contacting the conductive pad, and a flexible printed circuit contacting the conductive pad.
