A steam oven having a vessel supplying and discharging fluid is provided to flow the rust remover in the steam system and discharge the remover through the discharge system by containing the pump for pumping up the water to the inlet of the vessel. A steam oven having a vessel supplying and discharging fluid is composed of a housing in which a cooking chamber(26) is formed; a steam generator(112) having an inlet receiving water, a drain, and a steam outlet connected to the cooking chamber to flow the steam to the cooking chamber; and a portable vessel(50) removably mounted at the oven and formed with an inlet(106) and an outlet(104) fluid-combined at the inlet of the steam generator and each drain when the portable vessel is mounted at the oven. A pump(126) is contained to pump up the water to the inlet of the vessel from the drain.
