Provided is a method for harvesting a delicious agricultural product comprising increased amounts of betaglucan, various minerals and amino acids by using liquid fertilizer comprising phellinus linteus. The method for preparing a fertilizer comprises the steps of: drying and pulverizing phellinus linteus; adding water to the pulverized powder of phellinus linteus with ratio of 1:1 to 1:200; adding an enzyme ferment liquid to the product of the second step with ratio of 1:1 to 500:1 and primarily fermenting a mixture at 20-40 deg.C for 5-15 days; cooling the primarily fermented material at -1~-20deg.C for 10-24 hours; secondarily fermenting the cooled material at 20-40 deg.C for 3-10 days; extracting the secondarily fermented material with hot water at 90-100 deg.C for 1-24 hours, purifying the material and then cooling the purified material to below 30deg.C; and further purifying the cooled material.
