A mobile communication terminal is provided to enable an elastic structure to provide elastic force downward when a battery pack is separated from a terminal, thereby facilitating the separation of the battery pack. A mobile communication terminal comprises the followings: a main body; a battery pack(20) which moves up/down on the main body and is combined/separated; a lock which is installed in the main body and fixes/releases the battery back(20) by moving back and forth; and an elastic structure(40) which moves the battery pack(20) downward. The main body comprises the followings: a back rear cover(14) to which the battery(20) is combined; and a front rear cover which is placed in the front of the back rear cover(14) and is combined with the back rear cover(14).
