A system and a method for 3D(Dimensional) transformation are provided to enable a user to easily understand development figures of each package type without specialized knowledge for a package box and directly perform design on the various figure, and fundamentally remove 3D errors caused from actual box producing processes after the design is completed. A database stores classification in accordance with each box type. A development figure database stores development figures of each box. A coordinate setting part stores dimension information of each development figure registered to the development database and changes coordinate axes according to the dimension information inputted from the user. A 3D figure generator generates the 3D figure according to changed coordinate information. A designer stores the design matched with each surface of the development figure. A design applier applies the design stored in the designer to the 3D figure generator.
