The vehicle has a rigid front roof unit (2) and rear roof lateral units (3A, 3B) which define a rear roof unit, where the units are movable between deployed and folded positions. The unit (3A, 3B) is placed on both sides of a rigid central roof panel (4). The space behind the seats at the level of the head of the occupants of a vehicle is closed by a fixed partition (3C) integrated to a body shell of the vehicle. The partition extends between the body shell and the rear part of the rear roof units. A sealing device is interposed between the roof units and the partition.
