The device (2) has two blades (61, 62) articulated two to two and comprising longitudinal edges (6`1, 6`2) which define intermediate articulation zones (16). The blades are formed of the respective shells (101, 102) and the respective liners (121, 122), where the shells are fixed to the corresponding liners by a self-supporting screw (141, 142). Each zone is associated to a membrane barrier (20) forming a screen which covers a substantial part of the articulation zone.
