A connection device using a cable having a short-circuit prevention device is provided to improve the workability of an electric product connected by a cable and prevent reliability degradation according to the transmission of power and an electric signal by short-circuit by easily moving the cable centering around a case or a connector. A rotating block(200) is connected to an end part of a cable(110) by one body. The first and the second electrodes(230a,230b) connected to wires of different power are separately installed through a stopper(250) in the rotating block(200). The rotating block(200) is formed in end parts of cables(110,130) by one body.
